It’s the last Major of the year and Nike Golf has done it again. This time for The PGA Championship at Whistling Straits, Nike has developed, in conjunction with the folks at Nike ID, a custom black and blue Nike Dunk for the athletes.
Earlier this week, Anthony Kim picked up his pair, which includes laser etched detailing in gold, as well as a tag in the outer heel area to commemorate the 2010 PGA Championship. The black leather dunk also includes a royal blue swoosh and sole, as well as blue trim around the sockliner.
A special version for PGA Championship winners was made in a White/Black/Blue colorway, which is consistent with the way Nike has saluted their past champions.
You may also be interested in last year’s version of the PGA dunk which came in a blue/yellow colorway. While I would love to have any of these in my Nike collection, I think I am a fan of last year’s over this years.

Yeah — the shoes are cool, but the PGA is the only major that doesn’t really have any colour association…just the PGA logo which has dreadful colours
I like the black/black colorway (for non-PGA Champs) best, nice detailing behind the swoosh.
