2 – Lee Westwood
3 – Luke Donald
5 – Graeme McDowell
8 – Rory McIlroy
10 – Matt Kuchar
12 – Ernie Els
13 – Ian Poulter
We also have Charl Schwartzel, Robert Karlsson, Louis Oostuizen, Edoardo Molinari and Ross Fisher sticking around looking to assert their European dominance. Fine by me!

I thought Schwartzel was going far last week. T17 is where he finished which ruins his Top 10 streak. Charl has played in 5 previous events this year and finished 2, 4, 4, 1 and 8. Never played here before though
Picked up a T19 at Mayakoba last week. However, this is Vegas’ first true test. He’s going against basically all of Europe except for Casey, Kaymer and Francesco. Good luck, young pup.
Pretty solid record here. 1st in 2003, 25th in ’04, 38th in ’05. More recently he finished T17 last year. Could be a good bounce back spot for him.
2nd last year. I think the early exit from Match Play could have helped him this week. It gives him time to rest and rekindle that fire.
other Nike athletes to choose from :: Jamie Lovemark, Stewart Cink, Carl Pettersson, Stephen Ames
recent finishes – 3rd Match Play, T35 Northern Trust, T7 Bob Hope, T5 Sony Open, T6 HTOC
He’s a beast. He also won here in 2002, with Top 45 finish in ’07, ’08 and ’09. However, that wasn’t the same Kuchar we’ve got here today.
recent finishes – 1st Match Play
If he finished T5 or T9, I would like him a lot more this week. But with a T30 in ’02, T21 in ’04, 1st in ’06, 2nd in ’08, he could be looking at back to back wins. I wouldn’t be surprised.
Ben Crane – WD
recent finishes –T9 Match Play, T18 WM Phoenix, T14 Farmers, T21 HTOC
Lookin good, Ben Crane! Let’s get it done on the big stage. Gotta like his 3rd here in ’09 and 12th in ’08.
looking at 2000-2010
best finishes – 1st in 2010, 2nd in 2007, 24th in 2008, 31st in 2006
Great record for Camilo and it shouldn’t have been a surprise that he won last year. 5 appearances, 3 Top 25’s and 2 Top 10’s.
best finishes – 4th in ’04 and ’08, 5th in ’07 and ’09
He owns this event. 8 appearances, 5 Top 25’s and 4 Top 10’s. Hot stuff.
best finishes – 2nd in ’01, 4th in ’08, 7th in ’00, 14th in ’03
10 appearances, 6 Top 25’s and 3 Top 10’s. Also a T22 in 2009. Still a long shot.
Davis Love III
best finishes –2nd in ’03 and ’04, 13th in ’07 and ’09
DLIII has his moments and this should be a perfect event for the 2012 Ryder Cup coach. He’ll pretty much get to scout everyone, so look for him to stick around on Sunday.
Alan :: Ben Crane Matt Kuchar, Rory McIlroy, Jhonattan Vegas and Charl Schwartzel
Bob :: Luke Donald, Robert Allenby, Matt Kuchar and Jhonattan Vegas
Damian :: Ian Poulter, Rory McIlroy, Matt Kuchar and Anthony Kim
Tough picks again. How do I leave McDowell, Westwood and Donald out of my Four?! Personally I like McIlroy a lot this week just because he’ll be rested..which is why I may lean towards McDowell instead of Donald…Also, I think Poulter will be playing with a lot to prove. However, Donald finishes 1st in ’06 and 2nd in ’08 after he finished T9 and T17 in Match Play, so he’s used to the schedule.
