The Hangover – Part 2. (Part 1 was the Masters).
This field is surprisingly good. Notable standouts include:
- Justin Rose (Your 2013 U.S. Open Champion)
- Lee Westwood
- Keegan Bradley
- Hunter Mahan
- Rickie Fowler
- Nicolas Colsearts
- Bubba Watson
- Webb Simpson
- Ian Poulter
- Marc Leishman
Three players are very hot and have good history at this event: Justin Rose, John Rollins and Hunter Mahan. That is a very easy threesome to add a Team Nike member to. See below for their breakdown.
This should be fun.
At the RBC Heritage (the week after the Masters), we had a Graeme McDowell win with Luke Donald and Webb Simpson finishing right behind him. That looks amazing on paper. Unfortunately, the Masters was such an emotional high, it was hard for anything to live up to that incredible finish at Augusta. This week should be fun, though!
Here are some past Travelers Champions who are in the field this week:
2012 – Marc Leishman
2011 – Freddie Jacobsen
2010 – Bubba Watson
2008 – Stewart Cink
2007 – Hunter Mahan
This is Event 4/4 in Month 6, Event 4/16 in our Second Half and Event 25 Overall.

I love the field this week. I really think Colsaerts and Poulter could do well, but clearly people who have played this course before win, so that is the basis of my picks. It would be pretty awesome if Rose won back-to-back events, though. I will commend you if you pick him.
