Nike Golf has a history of sending out amazing promotional mailings, and I’ve been the fortunate recipient of several of these in recent years. Once again today my door bell rang, and on the front porch I found a box from Nike Golf. Inside was beautiful box containing a pair of Nike’s new TW’15 golf shoes. It never ceases to amaze me how Nike Golf goes all out for these mailings — the craftsmanship of the box is just gorgeous, and it makes for a truly impressive presentation of this great new shoe design.
The only thing more impressive is the shoe itself. I’ve only tried these on in my living room, but as soon as I put them on I could immediately tell how comfortable these shoes are. They are lighter than the TW’14’s, and the forefoot area is a bit wider (more like the TW’13 or FI Impact). The flyweave upper flexes easily and the integrated flywire technology is amazing — when you tighten the laces the shoe just hugs your foot for great stability. The free-inspired outsole also flexes easily, and the multiple traction patterns on the sole will no doubt keep you anchored to the ground. For complete details on the shoe, you can read Nike Golf’s press release about the TW’15 here.
I can’t wait to game these on the course, and after I do I’ll post my findings in a full product review here on NGN. For now, enjoy the pics in the gallery below.
