Greetings y’all and Happy Leap Year Day! I’m taking the time out from work and midterm studying to post a few Nike Notes, here goes…
New Method?
This week on the PGA Tour is the Honda Classic, and like many OEMs, Nike is following the Tour with their truck and displaying the latest in Method putters for the pros to try. The folks at GolfWRX.com who go to many tour events captured shots of the latest Nike putters including this center shaft model which is not part of the Method 001-005 series. This one has a center shaft on a mallet instead of a blade like the MC-4 has. Have a look (all photos from GolfWRX.com)
Carl Pettersson in Zoom Trophy
CP has been wearing the older model of the Zoom Trophy (which I absolutely love) on Tour so far but at the Honda Classic he is stepping out in the new version. Here’s a pic of CP in the white/blue colorway. He had previously preferred the white/white colorway.
Lovemark rocks the new gear
I’ve said it before that Jamie Lovemark is one of the better dressers on the Nike Golf roster, and now that’s he’s back he continues to rock the freshest gear on tour. I don’t even know the name of this shirt, but it’s awesome and I love the subtle detail in the placket. Hoping the dude finds some success this year.
Thanks to GolfWRX.com for taking all the good photos!
